Golden Age & Living Ability (GALA) Inc. does not supervise, direct, or control the services provided by third parties.

No Guarantee of Service Outcomes

Golden Age & Living Ability (GALA) Inc. does not guarantee the performance, qualifications, conduct, or outcomes of any caregiver or service provider.

Users engage such providers at their own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Age & Living Ability (GALA) Inc. shall not be liable for damages arising from:

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the platform are the property of Golden Age & Living Ability (GALA) Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.

Termination

Golden Age & Living Ability (GALA) Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
